The Hairs have long had a heart for the least reached. After 12 years in China partnering with the underground church and helping plant this church in 2009, they now serve from London, offering pastoral care to AMI missionaries across Europe & SE Asia.

CAJ landed in Southeast Asia in March 2025. As they learn the language and build local friendships, their team is working toward a reproducing house church movement among the unreached.

This team member is currently based in Norman and getting ready to launch to the Middle East! In 2023 she felt God’s invitation to move during a three-month trip there called Engage the Nations. She will be joining a team in a neighboring city that’s focused on seeing God’s Kingdom come in the Middle East through discipleship among Arab people. She is expectant for what God has ahead and cannot wait to be a part!

Since 2019, the McClure family has served in Japan and now lives in Okinawa, strengthening local churches through discipleship, church planting, and missionary training to see healthy communities flourish for God’s glory.

This team ministers among Hindu peoples in one of the world’s most unreached nations. Recently, God has opened doors to engage the Deaf—one of the largest unreached people groups worldwide.

Carol first served in Scotland in 2011 and returned long-term in 2019. She has worn many hats in our Scottish sister church and now serves as Pastoral Assistant and Missions Director, preparing to welcome dozens of short-term teams over the coming summers.

This team member returned from a year-long internship in the Middle East in December 2021. During her stint, the Lord called her to move back to a neighboring country long-term, joining another Antioch team. She completed Church Planting School in 2022 and returned to the Middle East in spring 2023.

After 16 years at Antioch Norman—14 of those on staff—Brian, Stacy, and their son Jason will move to Okinawa, Japan, in summer 2026 to lead a team focused on missional living among local churches and communities.

The Standridges serve in Europe to provide Member Care, Refreshment, and Restoration, so that workers return to the field Spiritually Revived, Emotionally Refreshed, and Physically Renewed. Their space provides an atmosphere of restoration, including listening prayer, coaching, and debriefing on a serene pastoral property equipped for several families.

Serving in Northern Thailand for 10 years, Josh and Becca oversee a local Thai church planting network, spearhead regional prayer and leadership initiatives, and combat human trafficking along the Thailand–Myanmar border.

After years of living and serving in the US, God began calling the Van der Merwe family back to South Africa in 2024. Hein and Torree hope to move to the Western Cape in Fall 2026 with their children, Olivia and Buks, to help raise up South Africans to reach the nations through discipleship and church planting.

This family serves in the Middle East. He is a basketball coach and uses sports to share the gospel. She works in marketing which gives her opportunities to share with coworkers and clients from all over the Arab Muslim world. As a family, they live among and serve refugees from the Horn of Africa, training up local believers to make disciples.
