They were all trying to frighten us, thinking, “Their hands will get too weak for the work, and it will not be completed.” But I prayed, “Now strengthen my hands.”
—Nehemiah 6:9

GATHERING
On Wednesday, March 4th, we will close the fast with corporate prayer, worship, and communion at 6:30pm in the Main Auditorium.
3-Day Prayer & Fast Liturgy
Father, we come to You with empty hands and sincere hearts.
… breathe …
We are not trying to perform for You or earn anything. We are simply turning our face toward You. We choose to fast—not as a flex, not as a formula—but as a way to say with our bodies what we believe with our souls: You are our truest food. You are our deepest need.
… breathe …
-
“They were all trying to frighten us, thinking, ‘Their hands will get too weak for the work, and it will not be completed.’ But I prayed, ‘Now strengthen my hands.’”
(Receive this Scripture slowly. Do not rush to move on. Read it once. Read it again. Notice what word or phrase catches your attention. Let this Scripture stay with you through the day. Return to it in moments of prayer, silence, or waiting. Let it become prayer.)
Breath prayer (if it serves): Lord, strengthen my hands.
(Here is a short breath prayer for today’s reading, if it serves you. But if the Holy Spirit has already highlighted another word or phrase for you, carry that with you today.)
-
“Glory in his holy name; let the hearts of those who seek the Lord rejoice. Look to the Lord and his strength; seek his face always.”

“Surely God is my salvation; I will trust and not be afraid. The Lord, the Lord himself, is my strength and my defense; he has become my salvation.”

Lord, we confess the places where we have chosen things other than You. Help us learn to draw near to You in all circumstances. Strengthen us to move toward Your love. We turn our face toward You again.
INTERNATIONAL PRAYER POINTS
PRAY FOR OUR TEAMS IN THE NATIONS
Ask the Holy Spirit to strengthen our international teams through rich connections with Him and with one another, filling them with deep joy and enduring power to serve their nations wholeheartedly.
PRAY FOR THE CHURCH IN THE NATIONS
Ask the Father to strengthen local believers in every nation with courage to rise up and offer living water to one another and to all who haven’t heard the Good News.
PRAY FOR THE LOST IN THE NATIONS
Ask Jesus to move among the lost and multiply His Church in every neighborhood, town, and rural area until all nations know Him as their strength and their salvation.
Intercession
For the nations and the lost among the nations
God of the nations, You love what You made. We pray for the peoples of the earth—tribes, tongues, neighborhoods, cities. We ask: let the Gospel run. Let Jesus be lifted up. Send workers into the harvest. Raise up faithful churches. Open doors, soften hearts, break chains, heal wounds, stop violence, expose darkness. Let the lost come home.
For the lost among us
Lord, we bring to You sons and daughters, friends and spouses, neighbors and coworkers— people who are close to us but far from You. Do what only You can do. Wake hearts up. Give courage to conversations. Give softness to stubbornness. Give clarity where there is confusion. And give us love that doesn’t quit. And give us love that doesn’t quit.
For the Church—global and local
Jesus, You have one Church. Not competing brands. Not divided kingdoms. One Body with one Head. Strengthen the Church in places where following You costs everything. Strengthen pastors, missionaries, and everyday believers. Strengthen hidden gatherings. Strengthen tired leaders. Protect the pure preaching of the Gospel. Let Your Church be marked by holiness and joy and courage. And strengthen our local body—our church family. Make us humble. Make us faithful. Make us prayerful. Teach us how to belong to one another. Heal what is fractured. Unify what is scattered. And make us a people who seek Your presence continually.
Closing
Lord, as we fast and pray— strengthen our hands for the work You’ve given us. Strengthen our hearts for the love You command us. Strengthen our faith for the days ahead.
We will seek You. We will trust You. We will not be afraid.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
